Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage weekly cash flow forecasts to ensure accurate liquidity planning



Process debtors’ invoices and monthly statements, and perform account reconciliations



Oversee monthly payroll processing, salary reports, and PAYE submissions using Pastel VIP Payroll, along with general HR support



Complete monthly cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy



Prepare and submit VAT reconciliations in compliance with regulatory deadlines



Compile audit schedules and reports, and support year-end audit preparation and execution



Draft and review annual budgets for management planning



Prepare financial statements up to trial balance and balance sheet level



Compile and present financial and operational reports for quarterly board meetings



Provided remote support to executives and teams, managing calendars, meetings, emails, and digital filing



Proficient in virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack) and cloud-based task management systems



Delivered confidential, high-quality admin and accounting support in remote/hybrid environments
